Gray Siren

I decided to do a B/W vesion of a previous post "Green Siren", run it up

the flagpole, and see who salutes. In addition to the grayscale

conversion I flipped it horizontally. Your comments?

I like this one, Chuck. I feel it has more interest from the shadows and darkness. This must be a great little place to visit.

Very nice B/W work: light and shadows give interest and depth to the scene. Tones, contrast and details are very good. Best regards.

I deleted the color version of this shot . I try not to let my number of pics here just balloon since I figure nobody wants to look thru everything I post. It's a lot of stuff. Anyway, glad you enjoyed the image.

 

BTW, you can't tell from this picture, but it was a creepy place. I didn't feel safe there.

B&W suits this perfectly. Love the old roof, the textures and range of tones. Nice work. FS
