The image seems somewhat underexposed to me.There is very little detail in the lower half of the frame. There is also a little bit of perspective distortion from pointing the camera up to get the shot.

 

I do like the contrast between the colors of the light and the almost monochromatic appearance of the rest of the frame and the light falls right on the intersection of two thirds, which is very good composition.

Nice night scene, Radu, a bit of a departure from your recent still lifes. Echo Scott Murphy's comments, though and generally like his adjustments. The image appears to be uploaded in a low pixel count; perhaps uploading it in a higher pixel count might help image quality. I think this shot is worth the time.

Interesting comments with regards to lightening this image, although I see why the suggestion has been made there is something compelling about your original exposure. When I first looked at your image I did not immediately see the couple at the bottom of the image, however the time of day and atmosphere are clearly communicated to the viewer. This photo makes the viewer work a little harder to see 'whats going on' and I think that is also a good thing.
