In 1962 Miami was an small town with a few building Down Town.

Now you can see the series of gorgeous buildings in the back ground.

The BRIDGE in the Foregroung brings lot of memories as I lived right

at the conner of Twelve Avenue and North West Six Street. The

Guard house on the brige was built last year and to me, it adds a

touch of class to the scene. Thank You for looking. Rates/Comments

appreciated.

The image was taken from 836 Freeway and the Guard houses together does not show and attractive bg as you can see! The blue bridge at the center of the first image with the old Pink & Blue Guard house is the Henry Flagler Bridge.

Es impresionante lo aceleradamente que crecen algunas ciudades. Miami es uno de esos casos. Excelentes ambas tomas, Jorge. Thanks for sharing! Un abrazo

I live on the outskirts of a small market town with open country just 1/2 a mile away . A scene such as this is something I am unlikely to see ! That's one of the good things about P. Net , you get to see other life styles and enviroments . Both shots are great City Scapes . Regards , Bill

I haven’t been in Miami Jorge but I know that it is a marvelous city……………….You nicely captured this successful panorama with the imposing skyscrapers…….The excellent warm light gives to your image an additional credit.

In 1961 I graduated from Miami Palmetto High School (then it was just Palmetto High-and we were the first graduating class.) Yes, the town has grown and become even more beautiful. I do miss it and this image makes me miss it even more. Great shot, Jorge.
