je ne regrette rien 67 Posted January 20, 2010 This photo is not average at all, and deserves higher ratings than four.I believe it is a very, very successful attempt to recreate the atmosphere of photos in the late 19th centrury or in the early 20th century.I'm not an expert of studio lighting, but I would rather say that here it is perfect.The nude is allusive without being ordinary.You very well demonstrated your photographic creativity and skills. gsphotoguy 3 Posted January 20, 2010 I agree that the simple lighting and deep shadows work well with the tone to create a terrific photograph. The mask is a nice addition as many nudes of the late 19th century has faces covered to obscure the identity of the subject. Link to comment
