jerrymat 4 Posted January 20, 2010 Robert, the colors in the upper half are magnificent and if you crop this image just below the little tiny lakes, it would be a wonderful composition. I can see what you wanted - the lake in the foreground, but that does not work; it too dark. If you had captured a reflection of all that color in it, I might feel differently , but as it stands the upper half is a wonderful delight and the bottom is - well - a dark unpleasing place. Also, it is generally a good idea never to divide a horizontal composition by a prominent horizontal line that is half way from top to bottom. Regards, Jerry+ Link to comment
