Guest Guest Posted January 20, 2010 Marta, again there are blown out highlights on your face, primarily you nose, cheeks, upper lip and chin. It appears that your skin is very shiny there, which is reflecting too much light and blowing out the highlights. Perhaps some make-up to dull those areas. Link to comment
myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted January 22, 2010 yes there is a hot spot on the nose but it is easy to fix. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted January 28, 2010 Meir there is a lot more than just a hotspot on her nose. Now I am not a professional at Photoshop, far from it, but the tweaks I did to this image present a far more flattering portrait than the original. The oils on her skin created hotspots on her forehead, nose, cheeks, under her nose and her chin. Make-up to cover the oils on her skin could have prevented this. Link to comment
myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted January 30, 2010 Portrait photograhy such as this is no easy task. I never could do it Very challenging and If one can do this one can do about anything. I think the expression/eyes especially makes the photo. I would have cropped a little on the left so her sholder touches the frame in the corner. That's just my taste. This is the only portrait that day that I opened because it appeals to me. Link to comment
mareval 1 Posted January 30, 2010 Thanks so much each one of you. Special thanks to Scott and Meir, I am glad you understand my problems with artificial light and... It may be my guilty too... I wasn´t wearing make up... sorry, in any case Scott you have done a great work with photoshop and Meir b/w is not so bad thing like I usually think... Thanks so much for your bother. With best regards. Link to comment
