I get the impression of whimsy, the long grass, but the pursed lips are interesting, a mannerism perhaps, an interest in nature,

Carefree and insouciant. Every moment, the life itself, is a delight. All this belongs to his age. Has to overcome some awkwardness against the lens? ;-))

Standing between two worlds, in one he is very old child in another a very young man..Moment well captured, fine DOF, however I would like a focus in his eye or maybe some more light and sharpness..I would also prefer his left hand fingers not to be cut of..Crop is to tight for my taste too. Hope you want hate me for saying my piece..BR, vf

thanks for your real thoughts! I truly appreciate your feedback. I like older manual focus prime lenses, and this is one of them. My next purchase will be a better focusing screen...
