The photographic subject is very good, as well as the way you have captured the passer-by.

I believe that the window light has a huge influence on the exposure: in my opinion the main scene would have benefited from a +1.5 stop overexposure.

I looked at the technical details (I not always do so): shutter speed 1/25.

In shutter priority you can change the settings and induce overexposure/underxposure by fractions of stops to balance critical lighting situations. I don't know your camera, on mine you can choose + or - in steps of 0.3 stops.

Doing this you can compensate automatic exposure.

I can elaborate further info on this subject if you want me to.

My point was that a scene you see on my photo lasted about 5 seconds, so I have no time to make optimal adjustaments - I have to take a shot or pass..Thank you for your comments and best regards, vf
