This scene was taken along the shores of the Pacific at 2 o'clock in the afternoon during an

afternoon low tide revealing the stones gathered on the beach. Intense lighting from the sun

was subdued by using an infrared filter + polarizer to bring out effect on the water. Exposure

was 30secs @ f9 ISO160 using 18-55mm@18mm.

This is brilliant, I love the composition. The reflection of the sun between the rocks really draws your eye into the image. The use of the fillters has given a good image even more impact

The view is almost hypnotic, gazing out over the stones and sea to somewhere out there. Excellent composition.
