bruckner 518 Posted January 15, 2010 Small town in Saskatchewan that has been abandoned and is slowly being reclaimed by nature. Thank you for viewing and critique. Link to comment
2239727 0 Posted January 15, 2010 Hi George I do very few comments these days - I tend to rate. I find it hard to put into words how I feel about a photo. After looking at your wonderful image I came to rate it but find only words are required. So hear goes - Six / Seven - Pure Quality - Love the Depth - First Class. Link to comment
JPPhoto1664880217 5 Posted July 21, 2010 Very good. I particularly like how the main lines lead the eye from the edge of the image to the center. Jim Phelps Link to comment
plangereis 0 Posted November 20, 2010 Hi George. I love a number of things about this image. I like that you have not chosen to show the entire tractor, and how you used the front lift arm as a leading line into the shot. I also like the way you have included the derelict buildings in the background, and allowed a few small parts of the tractor to overlap some of these buildings. This really creates a sense of depth, and also reinforces the idea of decay in a prairie setting. The detals in this shot are also amazing! I was in the Winnipeg area for 2 weeks, and saw nothing like this, but then I could not spen a lot of time shooting photos as we were visiting with my wife's godfather. Great work. Congrats.Paul Link to comment
