I'd crop it a bit differently - and while we are at it, we apply the Klaudia-filter to differentiate the black dress from black leather ... and maybe a miracle comes out. best regards

I like very much the original photo, I find the red shoes, a very important element in the composition, the colours red and brown match well with the black and of course with the model. Well done..!

Original is original, It would be a big damage to do something other wits the beautiful image like she is. Nice pose, nice lighting, nice result. Ed

The shoes indeed attract a lot of attention, but this does not bother me, since the picture could be seen as a study for a commercial shot for the shoes. Assuming this, it is a very effective shot, since the eye moves back and forth from the soes to the eyes of the model following almost perfectly the diagonal line of the picture....The position and expression of the model are perfect. I do not mind the black seat not easily distinguished from the dress. On the contrary I feel this adds a lot of power and a useful level of mystery to the picture....Who cares about the details of the fabric of the dress or the seat? For a true commercial shot the light of the shoes should be improved a bit, since the dark area on the shoe on the right side is not welcome. Typically, the material and shape the shoes would have to be enhanced by a otr two local spot lights ... Parhaps the necklace is a bit too long also, as it would be more effective entirely seen and perhaps leaning a bit on the left side of hte picture. ......
