lonebearimages 0 Posted January 7, 2010 This is lovely too. The fence really accentuates the topography and pulls the eye right up the hill to the trees. Those two trees are magnificent with all of the detail. Also, that darker hillside on the left side is important to the balance of the comp. There's another, simpler, but equally beautiful, image inside this one; with a crop up from the bottom to just above the top of the fence on the FG hillock. Has a nice graphic quality to it. Well seen, Brian. Cheers! Chris Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted January 8, 2010 Superb composition. The fence provides a beautiful S-curve that leads straigh to the trees. The hill on the left also provides a great diagonal, again leading to the end of the fence. You captured a great amount of texture in the snow. The contrast range is very high but it works perfectly in this case. I honestly cannot find anything to fault this image except that I didn't take it! Link to comment
gardena 0 Posted January 9, 2010 As well as everything those that comment before me said, I like the subtle range of browns and grays contrasting with the black. Link to comment

sakke 0 Posted April 30, 2013 This must be a good picture, while I started to comment on it twice. It just popped up again in the random show.I still like very much of the subtle and gentle graphical lines and the barely visible hints of grass below the snow. Link to comment
