Rick - The pose is cute and the subject is adorable. I find the background clutter at the top of the photo very distracting and a real detraction to the photo quality. Also, the focus on the eyes is just a little bit soft. The nearer eye is slightly softer, which is a bit distracting. It's not a lot, but I find myself focus on that eye instead of that cute pixie face.

Well I agree with all your comments. But it was a candid not set-up shot in a church nursery, poor lighting very shallow depth of field. Every month my wife and I work with the one year olds and I bring in my camera and do candids for the parents. I don't use flash because the kids are very fragile, missing there moms. Nine kids crying at once gets quite loud. Thanks for your comment.
