This picture is potentially interesting, but it has a numberof weak points. First, it isn't sharp enough. There are some instances when lack of sharpness is an asset, as in impressionistic images. However, I don't feel the fuzziness is doing much here.

Second, I would suggest a much closer crop. I have taken the liberty of experimenting with your image here, and have appended one possibility.
