In my early days, before I learned my lesson, I used to play around with editing in my original image folder. I once overlaid an original image with a re-sized, edited version and then put my face into my hands when I realized what I had done. I corrected that mistake by going back to the California desert a few years later and getting another photograph of the scene. Good solution...

Great macro image. I like the "architecture" of the crystals and your composition. The split background works well here. The gray is dark enough to contrast against the white crystals and the orange provides a nice contrast to the gray branch. Nice work - michel

I can say that I am a fan of frost scenes all the time and I did hundreds of them to get a perfect one,this one looks excellent and the frost crystals,very big one,show all the beauty enhance by the  color bg,is a very well chosen positon from you for this shot,I like it and wish to see more from you,compliments and ten points for you.
