Taken at the Fernald Nature Preserve. The place use to be one of the worlds largest processioning location in the world for radioactive materials. Took millions to build back in the 50s and 60s. Took billions to clean it up in the last 20 years. It is done and is now and for ever will be a nature preserve. The mound in the distance is all the building and low level waste that was once the NLO Fernald Feed Plant.
