A beautiful portrait of a beautiful girl. I will not bother to go through all the things I think you did well. The list would be very long. I will put down a few things I think you might consider. I do love the specular highlights on her lips.

The background has a slight lighter horizontal streak just above her head which draws my attention. The background also has lettering on it. This makes me want to know the significance it might have to the girl. You wouldn't have included it unless it had meaning to the portrait. This, of course, takes my attention from the girl.

A little hair light would have helped separate her even more from the background.

I would have liked to see her left shoulder back a bit. I appears that it is pushed forward a little. You want to make sure she is sitting up straight with her chest out and her shoulders back.

It appears you have used your camera's flash as your main light. This will give you those tiny pointy looking catch lights in the middle of her eyes. The ideal position for catch lights is close to the 10 or 2 o'clock position on her irises. To achieve this your main light should be above, in front and to the side of your subject. The camera flash will also give you very flat lighting. Judicious use of shadows can produce a very nice illusion of depth within your photograph and make it much more interesting.

Thanks again for your critique. I realy appreciate yuor comments since they are sincere and very helpful. I actually used two strobes but they ware placed about 20ft away.
