Landrum Kelly 64 Posted December 23, 2009 As framed and shot, except for resizing and desaturation. Pixel forpixel, the old Olympus E-20 was about as good as it gets. Commentswelcome. --Lannie Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted December 23, 2009 The above shot (the original, at the top of the page) would look good against a black matte, I think. Here is a 100% crop from that shot from this vintage (2001) digital camera, the Olympus E-20, with no manipulation of any kind. I still have this camera and recently bought another battery for it, even though the original battery is not completely shot just yet. Coming Attractions: shots made with old M42 Pentax and some Zeiss Tessar and Sonnar lenses on Canon 5D II--with the appropriate adapters, of course. --Lannie Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted December 23, 2009 Same crop with contrast at 7 and USM at 100. . . . I never found out who placed the ladder there or why. --Lannie Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted December 23, 2009 Just one more. . . . This one is a 100 percent crop with contrast set at 7 and unsharp mask at 75. --Lannie Link to comment
