The Missing Post

Actually a Nikon 6006 with a 35-70 zoom and an older Kodak emulsion, but I didn't update my equipment...This is from the south side of Galveston, Tx, where my parents lived at the time. The posts are there to define a launching spot for boats, I think, though I never saw people launch there. In fact, this beach got clobbered a few years later, resulting in the loss of most of the sand and some of the houses!The only post-processing beyond the norm was to pull a little green out of the scan. Not sure why, but the slide and scan read a little greener than they should have. Maybe a shift over time?
