yanzhang 1 Posted December 23, 2009 In the morning of 16 December, I came to the lakes again where reeds locate. This time, the light condition was completely different from last time when I shot these reeds under moonlight, but still soft enough. I used Singh Ray Vari-ND filter to get about 7 stops slower, which allowed me to shoot with quite large aperture f/4.5, long focal length 116mm, and slow shutter speed 10 seconds. This created a kind of dream effect with vignetting on the corners as well as maintaining a reasonable water reflection of the reeds. Thanks for viewing this picture. Link to comment
