yes, little birds. is a little tragedy in rome. at the afternoon they arrives, to sleep in the trees, also in the center of the town. and people needs umbrellas... you cant imagine what happens.

Never seen anything like this, Andrea! Really cool! I also much like your simple understated composition. (Curious though what it would look like in color too...? Since there would be only very few,no? - were there any blues in the sky?) -- And..did you manage to stay dry at all? ( which looks virtually impossible I think, and would mean good luck here, imo!)

thanks. birds, birds.... if you leave the car under them you cant drive it after. marjolein, this happens when the day is ending, so light and colours are not so nice. this is the original.

Too bad Alfred cant see it..or maybe he can, after all?

As already mentioned, this is a cool and original photo. The idea is very good, and the picture is very realistic - I have to bring my umbrella too:-).

No, I definitely like a B&W version much better, Andrea! -- it has a "Rorschach test element" to it.

(I just visualized it possibly with a very strong blue as well... anyway, will try e-mailing it to you :)

Jana, ciao and thanks a lot for your visit! is a stunning show to see for real, but the problem is that all this lovely birds seems to be very sick. of dissentery......people have to use umbrella, to cover the parked cars. il also dangerous, becous the streets becomes as if there was oil...
