f1_young 0 Posted December 14, 2009 Bob, Thanks for the note. The railroad is quite an energetic and efficient one, although the engineer rides on top of the engine and the route MIGHT be 1/2 mile in length, but it's a popular railroad nonetheless. Link to comment
carlwakefield 0 Posted December 14, 2009 Very good shot I like all the all the horizontal and vertical lines makes for a great shot. I like the tower and the trees combined with the horizontal lines for the benches, tracks and embankment. By the way your shot in humor folder is priceless love the bride holding the pole for her new man. Excellent Link to comment
f1_young 0 Posted December 14, 2009 Thanks, Carl, for all your comments. This is an older shot that I kept looking at yesterday, enjoying more and more the straight lines and the contrasting curved lines and colors of the trees. I am glad you enjoyed this image as well. As far as the golf image, that has become quite popular around here. But my own wife continues to contend there are higher priorities than golf. In 30 or 40 years, I hope to convince her otherwise. f1_young 0 Posted December 17, 2009 Thanks Ruud. I tried to take a drab scene and use the lines for more impact. Link to comment
