single photos Wine does a body good!

It's time for a better walk around lens. Any suggestions? My Tamron 17-50

does a decent job but stabilization would help...

Hi Scott, your lens is wide thus should be fast enough for street shot work. Stabilization isn't all it's cracked up to be in my experience. You could try shooting in auto ISO and of course making sure you've got enough DOF to maintain sharpness from corner to corner. The image seems to sharpen up fine after applying some high pass and unsharp mask.
