willy_paglilla 0 Posted December 15, 2009 Great image! 6/6. I would stay there for life. IMHO reds and yellows are a little bit too saturated. Link to comment

Christal1664882414 0 Posted December 17, 2009 Stunning clarity and colors. I see Willy's point that the colors may be a bit too saturated, but because of the crispness and brilliant blues in this, the more vivid colors work for me. Link to comment
papasan 0 Posted December 18, 2009 great image. Amazing scenery. I love the reflection and the deep saturated colors. Regards - michel Link to comment
dr dan 0 Posted December 18, 2009 This is one spot where the shoreline right through the middle works well. I can see why you wanted to bring out the oranges and reds - that's what separates this from most shots from this vantage point. Well done. Link to comment
westlight 0 Posted December 20, 2009 Thanks for the comments! It took me four years of returning to this area, driving from Utah to WA, until I finally got nice light, great fall colors and a day with no wind. The first three days of this trip it was very hazy and there were no clouds, so no photos. Day four a cold front came in and I got this shot. Taken on Fuji Velvia, so that's a big part of the saturated colors, then drum scanned. Printed in my gallery in Park City on Fuji Crystal Archive Super Gloss paper. 50x27". Link to comment
