This is a photograph of Karnatik vocalist Sanjay Subrahmanyan, seen with his daughter Shreyasi in January 1994. The picture was taken in his apartment, and I had little control over background elements, so I have elected to keep them in the picture.

Sanjay Subrahymanyan is one of the better known Karnatik musicians of his generation. This image is part of my portfolio of photographs of Indian classical musicians.
