This is a very nice casual portrait of two very pretty young women but I think there is too much of a height difference with one sitting on the bench and the other on the railing. Your eyes have to move too much to see both of their faces at once.

 

It's a minor point, but the girl on the left's feet look out blurry, her right one especially. Was it moving?

 

Lastly, it's just a personal preference, but a tighter crop would make the portrait more intimate and remove the washed out building in the upper left hand corner.

I agree with Scott, and I also find the name distracting. Maybe smaller and less obtrusive in one of the lower corners would be better.
