Quick comments:

To improve: the horizontal line of people -- their leg arrangement -- the large black cross and black t-shirt under the white shirt -- the background is too busy. It should be out of focus.

The arrangement doesn't appear natural to me. I wish I could explain myself better, but it looks like a posed, unposed arrangement.

P.S. I just noticed some other portraits containing the same subjects. They look much better than this one. Just my luck to stop at this one first. When I get the time, I will go back over all of them at your portfolio page. I will pick the one I think is best and try to do a decent critique.
