John Peri 1,029 Posted December 7, 2009 I spent a long time looking at this one Mark, a particularly interesting and original shot, bravo. It would be great to see enlarged alongside others of the same series .... Link to comment
gsphotoguy 3 Posted December 8, 2009 At the end of as recent private session lightpainting with Cayla we decided to have a little fun. As I've done before I have the model move as if she's dancing while randomly moving the light over her. I love the unpredictability of the result. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted December 10, 2009 Like John, I spend a long time looking at it. It is very original. That said, I find it quite disturbing. That is not necessarily a bad thing but it would be for me. I certainly wouldn't hang it on my wall. The hand and the feet would give me nightmares. Clever stuff but not for me! Link to comment
alauriston 1 Posted December 10, 2009 Hello Mark. It's a very interesting shot. The concept can be developped in great variations, and create awesome photos. I just finished a darkroom class at a local community center, and my teacher there did art photography, including a lot of movement shots. If you're interested, her name is Sylvie Moisan. You can see her work at: www.sylviemoisan.com. By the way, thanks a lot for your comments on my pictures. They are always very helpful. I am new at this and can benefit a great deal from the advice of more experienced photographer. So thank you. Regards. Audrey Link to comment
