I like the positioning of the dog, and also of the two women, one coming towards and the other away. Black and white image is perfect choice. I like the sharpness of the dog and the blur of its tail moving. The footprints are really good as is the gentle fall of snow. Very well captured. There seems to be a pleased expression on the face of the woman and perhaps both she and the dog are coming to welcome you.

great shot Alexander. the subtlety of your light editing work is very good, it helps draw the eye to your subjects while not negating their surroundings. effectively done. B&W is a good choice and helps create a 'historic' (time wise) feel. compliments
