This is just superb! I really like your compositional decisions; the tight sky, the position of the sun, and the tiny bit of black in LL corner. The eye traverses this scene very naturally from fore-to-aft, and back again. Gorgeous color palette! Well done, Tony! Solid 7/7 for me. Cheers! Chris

Thank you for your very kind words. It is always exciting when someone appreciates the work that was done to produce this image. As always I look forward to other types of comments because it is the only way one can improve. It is hard to believe that this was taken 2 years ago and I had forgotten about it until a week ago when I was looking for a another image.

PS There is a certain abstract quality to the color and forms in the reflections that appealed to me.

Tony, it's like you dumped paint in the water and then painted! Wonderful image. I especially like the sharpness of the horizon contrasted with the softness of the water.

Needs more saturation and vibrancy.

If the photo had been just of the lower half of the picture, I would have liked it more. All together, it was too much for me.

Koushik - glad you liked it.

Arturo - I appreciate your visit and kind words

Nima - this hat PN should be all about - an exchange of meaningful comments.

Patsy - I can always count on you - thanks.

Liz - it has been a while since we exchanged comments - I appreciate the visit. It sure looks that way re the paint-can. I visit this park regularly and this was taken almost two years ago and it was spectacular evening which I have never seen like that despite many many subsequent visits.

Your statement "Needs more saturation and vibrancy" brought a smile to my face. I do appreciate your honesty and I think I understand why you reacted this way. "Dem colors look too saturated". If i have played significantly with colors to distort reality based on my memory, I usually place "Dig Alt" in the title and in this case i did not place 'dig alt' in the title. I was fairly sure this image would draw both ends of the perceived aesthetic value. I do invite you to visit my portfolio as i have done with yours. Best regards,

Brilliant composition Tony! I love the colors in the foreground reflection. Now that's what color photography is all about. Awesome shot guy!

All the best,

There is so very much to like about this image, the jagged reflection is most unusual and the colours are out of the park. Beautifully done!
