This is an example of a well done head and shoulders portrait of an absolutely beautiful girl.

I really cannot find much to criticize about this image. Great composition, focus, catch lights, out of focus background and make-up.

The horizontal and vertical lines going into her head bothers me a little, but they are rather subdued. Perhaps her skin tones could be a tad warmer, but her highlights are great. I am not really sure I understand her expression? Her head wrap is awfully busy, but the colors aren't bright. Her eyes are gorgeous.
