As seen in a wet market in downtown Siem Reap, Cambodia. The kids look

so happy in their dismal surrounding. A common sight here unfortunately.

Great shot Alec....so intimate...this Mom and her children.....I suppose if life is 'no different'....that is all they know.....so their 'happiness' is on a different scale and level than ours.........but I am sure their thoughts are filled with much simpler and more realistic thoughts and hopes than ours. Our possessions no matter how expensive(or not) can disappear in seconds.....but we always 'want' more of all these 'things'.....that truly don't make us happy..once obtained, there is always something 'else' we want.

Excellent capture Alec,there are a lot of story's behind these eyes and smiles "The simple and hard life in different part of the world."There are so many people I wish I could take to these places for even one hour to show them how much of the world lives,Maybe then they'd be grateful for the things they do have, and not worry and stress so much over nonsense.
