valsavo 0 Posted November 24, 2009 Definitely a favorite. The eye is centered in the question of what is beyond the window while peripherally encouraged by a balance of color, texture, light, depth as an exclamation to the question and curiosity of "what is beyond." Valerie Link to comment
ryourth 0 Posted November 24, 2009 Valerie, thanks for visiting & your perceptive comments.I find old buildings fascinating & you are quite correct about the flow of questions, who lived here, why did they abandon thier home, did they die, maybe they could not make a living from the land, any number of reasons pop into your head, all unanswerable.Regards-Ross Link to comment
ivanna 0 Posted November 24, 2009 Beautiful and tender photo with perfect atmosphere. It looks like a dream. If you will have some time, look at ( vostrakova - Requiem) http://www.metrophotochallenge.com/cz/gallery/vote Best regards, Ivana Link to comment
gardena 0 Posted November 27, 2009 It is wonderful that these lilies grow so beautifully in any old place here in Japan and elsewhere. One thing I enjoy about photo.net is finding images of the plants I have photographed here that have been photographed somewhere else far away. This is a lovely image.
