jpo3136b 0 Posted November 20, 2009 The women are beautiful, the scene is beautiful, and the textures are beautiful; but, compositionally, this is a picture of two people standing just off-center of the frame. I think something needs to be recomposed here. I am not sure what to suggest; but there are two people standing in the middle of your photograph. I think almost that you may need to back up and make one step to the side for this one. Perhaps, elevate the camera position on a ladder and look down; or, do something with the camera height relative to subject. They're very pretty, but I want you to look at this crop. If the subject were their shoes, that shadow on the rug would lead our eye in to them. When we see them standing full length, the color differences and their recognizable nudity lead our eyes to them. I like this crop from the bottom half of the photo better because I think it is compositionally stronger. If there were as much power in the composition of them standing as there is in the part of the photo that shows their shadow, I think it would be a stronger picture. Good photo; pretty models; I think you can make this picture stronger. I would want to see the picture so strong compositionally that it doesn't matter that these are pretty, nude women.
