King Ravine - Draped in Autumn

Mount Jefferson and King Ravine surrounded by fall colors. A fresh dusting of snow coated the peaks of NH Presidential Range during peak foliage. Storm clouds finally cleared the peaks late morning, providing excellent backlighting. The clouds blocked the sun and limited the harsh lighting. A ND filter was needed to prevent blown out highlights iin the sky. f11
