jorge_fernandez3 1 Posted November 17, 2009 I feel is a 7/7 because it has many great components and it sets a wonderful mood. Great use of light. Warm regards. Link to comment
johnroberts 0 Posted November 17, 2009 Very different to the twilight image but a beautiful view with the style giving great f/g interest and the track leading the eye into the scene. I went past this location on a walk from Aberffraw a few years ago but I didn't have my camera with me. With shots like this, it's a good incentive to return fully armed !! thadley 15 Posted November 17, 2009 You do have an eye for composition and must be complemented on what you achieved here. I also love the time of day, warmth and long shadows - a favorite time for me also when seeking to capture images like this but not with your skill. Well done. PS the path to church is often a winding one. Link to comment

yannik_hay 1 Posted November 19, 2009 Hello Alf, I really like this landscape with the warm tones and the sun's colour reflection on the wood lader, the leading paty to the house. A good s curve. And lovely clouds. Very well seen and achieved. All the best! Link to comment

ldavidson 4 Posted November 20, 2009 I feel like I could just step into the frame. I get a big boost of inspiration looking at this. I love the S curve created by the road that leads you into the scene. The light, the composition and your subject are wonderful. This really is stunning. Very well done. Link to comment

normanjnorman 0 Posted November 22, 2009 It looks very nostalgic. like the travel pictures looked in my childhood. restful and painterly. Splendid evening light and good contrast in the sky, that 10mm lens stretches it out into a vista. Lovely to explore over the stile out to the church then along the range of mountains on the horizon looks like Wales, Snowdonia in the distance, am i right Alf? cheers Norm Link to comment
