Vendor Stand at County fair

You said you'd like a few comments so here we go. Reasonably interesting composition (though a bit cluttered). I like the ferris wheel which echoes the signage at the top of the corndog stand. I like the flags too, but they seem to interfere with the ferris wheel. On the bottom, I've think you've cropped too close: also, the highlights are way to hot on the sign at the bottom of screen. Finally, you polarizer isn't working with your wide angle lens when you take it to the widest settings: see the top gray corners.

My suggestion: try to focus a single element: get it sharp, with perfect exposure.

Appriecite the comments. Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees, missed the dark corners before. What caught my eye was the circular elements going on. Also the colors, but alas had only BW. I tried to burn in the blown out areas; but they were getting muddy in PS 6 (still learning the digital darkroom, somethings seem to be easier for me in the wet side)
