Hi Asif, it is a lovely picture. Nice lighting, colourful, good expression, wild hair, interesting wardrobe, beautiful woman. But you've cropped off her feet! I think it would be more appealing if you showed your entire model (and a glimpse of what she's standing on), or cropped it slightly higher at the bottom to compensate. Maybe it's just me, but I always think a portrait is awkward if it is cropped in the middle of a hand or foot, or right at the ankles.
