A nice documentation of the craftsman at work. The lighting is good - I like the work lamp putting highlights on his nose and chin. I would suggest that you reconsider the cropping. The bright blue corner of the table at lower right is distracting and the back of his shoulders are uninteresting. If you crop out the right margin you will move his face into a better compositionally positive position. You can kill three birds with one stone.
