Nice & colorful image. Unfortunately fear more often takes not that colorful and nice shape. Well done!

I don't know Dave.....I kind of think that when we are in a state of 'fear' our 'aura's' probably take on some pretty hot colors. The heart beats faster, adrenaline gets pumped into the system.... plus cortisol (ooooohh 'death hormone').....our hair can stand on end....and for me......if it truly is a state of fear......

a Panic Attack!! (I've not quite conquered those yet). I've had my share of 'fearful moments', far too many...but during those horrible times, I need to be just like this image...hanging on for dear life, griping whatever my limbs can find. I get dizzy, nauseous; have trouble concentrating; my insides feel 'sucked in and caught in a tight knot. It has to be the most uncomfortable feeling. Unfortunately for me...when I get a Panic Attack....they do not go away after 10 to 20 minutes.....once started they can last for days....(not too good for the ol 'ticker').

To express 'fear' in a shape.....when it is an emotion.....I think you've delved deep into your imagination.... and for me you came pretty close to what it could 'appear to be'. (at least I can identify with the shape of the main image). The red colors - darting everywhere make me think of the 'invader' or perpetrator of the FEAR. Everyone would see it differently depending on their experiences.....but I think you have done a great job of expressing what shape it just may take on. Good for you.....going to places where we all really don't like to 'tread'.

(HEY...the Yankees just Won! Baseball is finally over before the first snow!)
