rekaras 0 Posted January 2, 2008 COMMENTS WELCOME. Taken a friends home, his sliding glass door had shattered for some unknown reason and he asked me to take a picture of what he decribed as new art. The figure in the background is a bronze statue that his wife had sculpted but I decided to focus on the fissures in the glass rather than the background as I found the pattern rather appealing. evan.lavine 0 Posted January 2, 2008 Hi Richard, This is a very good piece. Your friend gave you a great opportunity and these fractals of glass creates such an intricate web or puzzle. Your capture of it with the creamy bokeh in the background creates almost a stained glass feel to it...and the scupture in the background adds an ominous feel, as if we are looking out from a shattered window at our pursuer, who is about to tear the roof off!!! Tres cool amigo, Evan Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 11, 2009 From looking at your work which is extensive I might add there seems to be a joyful , playful approach that makes the images more than photo's but an extension of yourself... I really liked looking at them, thanks for posting such great shots! Link to comment
