eric... how did you do this? I'm assuming in PS. I have a new batch of photos that I'd like to apply this affect to. This was the perfect image to apply it to! It really makes the boy POP! Love it!

Thanks for the compliment. I used PS. Created a B&W layer then used a layer mask to brush over Wesley so he was in color. I pulled this out of the Photoshop Photo Effects Cookbook. I like these books and the Photoshop for Digital Photographers by Scott Kelby. I'm still learning, but this technique is rather easy. It's also explained on this site. Again, thanks for commenting.
