This guy looks so sad or just cause he's awake during the day. They are magnificent birds and I have a pair living in my area, which fortunately I was able to get some photos of. They are nocturnal birds and are called owls for this reason as well as looking like an owl but in fact are related to the kookaburra, kingfisher family.
