sambal 0 Posted May 7, 2006 Jana, IMO it doesn't make any difference if you put a ship at the horizon a bit left or more to the right. In this case I just wanted to show what my camera could do, on a tripod, with the timer initiating the exposing as otherwise vibrations would have spoiled the image. Also, when you look through a pair of binoculars, which you would do trying to spot the ship, you'd place the ship in the centre of your view in order to see it better, its image not being disturbed by lens-caused distortions.
