This is a tough shot. The light range is so wide that you cannot get any detail in the shadows. The sky is too light, not giving enough definition. I would suggest reducing the brightness, to allow for more detail in the sky and the reflection on the water. This is a shot on which centering is tempting. IMO you may want to crop out some of the bottom. The skyline (edge of trees) is a little fuzzy and a little sharpening might help that. My overall impression is that this picture lacks punch.
