Nikon D850 announcement – coming soon!

No more rumors the news is finally out…the “coming soon” news that is!  On July 25th Nikon announced the the D850 which is touted to be the next generation of the D810.

As part of their coming soon announcement Nikon released a video shot entirely on the D850 – while interesting, it left me wanting more…mission accomplished!

Available end of September, early October – just in time for Christmas!

Priced ~ $3,500 give or take a couple of hundred either side.

The question we’re all asking is…is this merely just a full frame version of the D500 or is there other technology baked into this camera that would make it a game changer as many suspect there is?  Leave your thoughts below as discussion is healthy and at the end of the day – anticipation is growing and if nothing else Nikon – with their “coming soon” release and is leaving with…wanting more!
