It remembers me that photos of the '50s. I'd prefer to see some more platform at left. Anyway, it's a very good result.

you are right, a lot of empty space on the right maybe. thanks a lot for your comment

i personally love the space on the right it give it the vast open feel that works so well here, the only thing i can think of that i would have changed and i know you couldn't have done anything at the time but i think without the two ppl in the middle of the shot its more dramatic and not as cluttered

Like the composition (though it doesn't seem to be perfectly horizontal), hazy background at a distance, b&w conversion, and most of all, I love the "expression" of the kids you've captured! Great shot!

I agree with someone'sremark about the 50s further up. I like the composition and the hazy background. By the way, I swam in the Lac de Geneve once and then scratched myself all day for three days after!

This is true John, swimming can be an extreme sport in the lake geneva :-)
