This photo looks a bit too busy! And indeed, you don't have control over the crowd however I would've been a good idea to focus on a particular subject or element than the whole.

First, why do you choose to do B&W on ths photo? Maybe the photo won't looks so crowded... seems lack of a subject. What you want us to see from the picture?
