i have two version of this shot, one with her head down and one with her looking out of the frame. the other one is viewable here:

which one do you thinks works the best? i've heard strong opinions for each.

While both versions are good, I prefer this version. It has more of a "candid" feel to it.

I had a look at your portfolio and I like your work.

Definitely this one. Her gaze in the other one is awkward and makes it seem like she is aware of the camera.
