Dungeons and Dragons

"dungeons and dragons" game occurring in a seedy card shop...I

initially took this for a photojournalism class. what do you think?

Roshni, I like the composition. But what is this game of "Dungeons & Dragons"?

I remember back in grade school, a whole bunch of my friends were into this. As I recall it's a fantasy type game, similar in themes found in Lord of the Rings but not exactly. LOTR of course wasn't a game.

I love the composition on this shot - draws the viewer in, is nicely balanced, and makes one wonder who the guy in the foreground is. Also love the other guy's face and body language. Only two issues: it feels like a painting - did you use some Photoshop effect? And, I wish the larger version was larger! I can't make out the details of the objects on the table. All in all, very cool photo.

Very original and dynamic composition

well done composition, with things to look at near, medium and far; also with the line of the arm coming down into the center of the frame to meet the game, and with the guy across the way then rising up, so you have a v shape coming down (between body and arm) and then one coming up (between arm and guy across the way). this creates some flow between the elements that is pleasing. the books provide some balance on the other side of the frame too. the colors are attactive, and the contrast too. wonder, have you tried it in black and white?
